FENAVIN 2011, the National Trade Fair on Wine, will be hosting the presentation of a real scoop in the editorial world: 'Vinum Nature 2011, the first guide on organic Spanish wines and cava', which will be presented by its main author and director of the publishing house Ecomundis Editorial, Pablo Chamarro, who defines the guide as "an unprecedented summary of more than six hundred wines and cava produced by our country's wineries and producers." This activity, programmed to take place on the morning of May 10th, will also be counting with the participation of the founder of the winery Bodegas Begastri, Alfonso Marín, who will be offering his personal view on the origin, values and trajectory of organic wines.

Vinum Nature 2011 puts forward the virtues of organic viniculture, the health benefits behind consuming organic wines and a first analysis of the current offer that includes a complete catalogue of quality-price ratios and the main characteristics of each wine. "The idea has also been to offer a way to approach the more specialized sector forums and events, along with other information that has been developed for the first time ever in a publication that is unique in its kind for this product category," Chamorro indicated.

Hence, this publication refers to organic wines as those wines that manifest sincerity and respect for the consumer, tradition and the environment. "These are highly valued quality wines that have received many awards abroad, in different markets in which year after year they hold more prominence," the author affirms.
